Ceramic beads contain 62-66% ZrO2 and its fine microstructure ensures it has the characteristics of high
hardness,high strength impact,it will create a good toughness when it is sprayed into the treatment surface
under high pressure, therefore ceramic beads is used for surface preparation before electroplating,painting,
anode etc.
Zirnano Ceramic Beads selected the high quality zirconium sand as the main raw material,fused in an electric
arc furnace under high temperature over 2000 degrees,then made into different micro or fine beads through
a special technology.
