1. Product Description of 95 Zirconia Beads

Zirconia beads selects the high quality micrometer and sub-nanometer zirconia powder and yttrium

oxide as the main material,then made by process of pressure rolling forming and high-temperature

sintering.

Its crystal shape is tetragonal zirconium oxide,also called "TZP" zirconium bead, which is mainly used

for ultra-fine grinding and dispersion of materials requiring "zero pollution" and high viscosity and hardness.

5. Precautions for using 95 Yttrium Stabilized Zirconia Beads

Select the appropriate zirconia beads

Select the appropriate zirconia beads according to the type and target particle size of the material to be ground.

Pregrinding

When using 95 zirconia beads for the first time, pre-ground in the slurry with a certain viscosity for 30 minutes

is required. If the slurry concentration is low, the rotation speed should be reduced, and then the time should not

be exceeded 15 minutes.

Cleaning

When the treated material is paint, it is recommended to clean the zirconia beads with resin. If using the solvent,

then the rotating speed should be reduced, and the time should not be exceeded 10 minutes. Also suggest

to clean the zirconia beads intermittently, that means, turn off and start again after a period of time

 Adding new grinding beads

During the grinding process, zirconia beads will collide with each other,and occur a certain abrasion, so some

new zirconia beads need to be added as a supplement after some time.

Please screen out the broken zirconia beads before supplement, and add the same weight of zirconia beads with

the broken one.

Other Moments to add the new beads

a certain new zirconia beads need to be added If the grinding time needs to be extended or the grinding fineness

cannot achieve the desired effect without changing the grinding fineness requirements.
