3. Product Features of Ceramic Shot Peening:
High hardness and small deformation
Ceramic shot peening has high hardness over 700HV,which ensures it can be used for shot peening of
high-light and ultra-high-strength structural parts to improve production efficiency. The small deformation
also maintain that the shape of ceramic shot peening is not changed in the impact process ,improving the
quality stablity of ceramic shot peening.

Ceramic shot peening contains 62-66% ZrO2, 25-30% SiO2& 7-13% Al2O3,The fine microstructure
