DESCRIPTION
Zirconium silicate beads are the result of process optimization and continuous upgrading of molding and grinding technology. Zirconium silicate beads are formulated by high temperature sintering process. It has no pores in the beads, dense crystal phase and spherical shape. Medium hardness and density, with good wear resistance, very suitable for medium and low viscosity slurry dispersion and grinding. Small particle size can be used for polishing material spraying.
FEATURES
1. The grinding efficiency is high: the specific gravity of TZP zirconia ceramic beads is 1.6 times that of ordinary zirconia beads, which has higher grinding efficiency under the same conditions.
2. The porcelain ball fluidity is good: product roundness is good, the surface is smooth, the wear of the equipment is lower than other grinding media.
3. Impact resistance, low wear: TZP zirconia ceramic beads toughness is good, in high speed, high concentration of the machine does not crack, peeling, wear only 1/2 zirconia silicate beads.

APPLICATION

Zirconia ball toughness is high, can be used for abrasive mill, stirring mill and other high speed equipment, often used for paint graphite coatings and food and drug grade raw materials grinding.
B. According to its wear resistance, in addition to rubber and rubber, can also be used as wear-resistant coatings, commonly used wear-resistant ceramic ball models are 0.5, 1, 2, 3mm.
