White Fused Alumina is used in the grinding of heat sensitive alloys, given its friability and cool cutting ability. It is employed in precision grinding of high speed steels, segments and internal grinding wheels.
White Aluminum Oxide is used for a variety of applications - for instance, it is used as a raw material for producing pesticide in the new type b phosphorus aluminum bacteriacide. It can also act as an adsorbent for producing Vb12 in pharmaceutical production, an active fiter for paint production and also a raw material for catalyst and anhydrous aluminum chloride. Furthermore, it is also employed in multiple industries, like pharmaceutical, chemical and others.
The Aluminum Oxide has properties such as an appearance of white crystal powder with uniform particle size, good crystal phase stability, good sintering activity and stable chemical property, and is difficult to be dissolved in acid and alkali. It is used to prepare high purity aluminum oxide powder. In addition, it is used in long afterglow phosphors, three-color phosphor, abrasive materials, transparent ceramic lamp, high-pressure sodium lamp, catalyst carrier, EP-ROM window, crystal, ruby, sapphire crystal, electronic ceramics and many other fields.

White corundum is an oxide material with a chemical composition of Al2O3, with a density of 3.95g/cm3, and a Mohs hardness of 9.0. Its crystal structure follows a tripartite crystal system, and it has a compressive strength of up to 2000 MPa, tensile strength of 400 MPa, and flexural strength of 480 MPa.Its thermal expansion coefficient is 8 × 10-6 K-1, and its thermal conductivity is 29 W/(m-K). It has high thermal stability, and can handle incredibly high temperatures. Its resistivity is around 1014 Ω-cm. From an optical perspective, it is normally transparent or translucent, with a refractive index of 1.76. And its color can be white, light yellow, light blue, pink, etc.
White corundum abrasive is perfect for producing high-end items, finishing processes and for hardware product external enhancement. It can be used on iron surfaces to remove rust, dirt and oxidation residues. Additionally, it helps to improve the adhesive strength of the coating. On aluminum pieces, it removes oxidation planes and gives the surface some reinforcement which makes it highly glossy. It is also suitable as an abrasive tool for either wet or dry sandblasting processes.
White corundum abrasive is great for super fine grinding as well as for polishing and increasing the quality of refractory materials, making them crystalline. It can also be utilized to render frosty finishes on glass products, matte effects on engraved plastics, plush processing and specific patterning on denim and other fabrics.
