White Aluminum Oxide is made from high purity Bayer process alumina using carefully controlled raw materials and furnacing practices. This creates a blocky grain distribution that has a higher bulk density, and appears as a white crystal powder with uniform particle sizes. Aluminum oxide is also highly stable, with a difficultly to dissolve in both acid and alkali.
In addition, aluminum oxide has a variety of uses such as long afterglow phosphors, three-color phosphor, abrasive materials, transparent ceramic lamp, high-pressure sodium lamp, catalyst carrier, EP-ROM window, crystal, and ruby and sapphire crystal. It is also widely used in many industries, such as electronics, chemicals, petroleum, refractories, ceramics, glass, plastics, textiles, building materials, abrasives, paper, and medicine.

White corundum abrasive is suitable for all kinds of high-end products, process or hardware products that require beautification treatment.It is especially efficient in iron workpiece derusting, decontamination and removing oxidation skin. This helps to improve the adhesion of the coating. It can also be used to strengthen and brighten aluminum workpiece and to make copper workpiece have a matte effect by removing oxides.
Using it as a solid coated abrasive tool, it can be used for wetting or dry sand blast, super fine grinding and polishing of high-grade refractory materials, crystal frosting of glass products and matte effect of engraved plastic products.
Additionally, White corundum abrasive provides great options for plush processing and effect pattern of denim and other special fabrics.
