B20 Ceramic Bead Blasting Media White Strong Chemical Resistance

 

DESCRIPTION

 

Ceramic Beads blasting media are high-tech blastingmedia which are made by high quality zirconia powder as raw material, then fused in an electric furnace under high temperature over 2000 degrees, finally made into different micro beads through special technology.

 

APPLICATION

 

Sandblasting with ceramic beads can produce a uniform and uneven rough surface on the cleaned surface to facilitate mechanical bonding of the coating. Using clean compressed air to drive clean ceramic sand to spray on the surface of the workpiece can generate compressive stress on the surface of the substrate, remove the surface oxide film, and cause lattice distortion of part of the surface metal, which is conducive to the physical bonding of the coating. The substrate metal can be sandblasted to obtain a clean, rough and highly reactive surface. This is an important preprocessing method.

 

FEATURES

1. Good stability, corrosion resistance to all kinds of chemical liquids, high temperature resistance, small coefficient of thermal expansion, high insulation.

2. The density of ceramic sand is between glass sand and steel sand, and the hardness is larger. In the sandblasting strength range, the ceramic sand can properly make up for the upper and lower limit blind area of the hitting strength of glass sand and steel shot iron sand. Comparing the effect of steel sand blasting, there is no iron element pollution to the workpiece, no metal powder residue on the workpiece surface, no color bias phenomenon to reduce the metal natural color, which can be used for the use of steel pellets and steel chip pollution.
