Product Description:

The primary component of ceramic shot is zirconia, which is typically used for surface treatments such as sand blasting and shot peening.

The production process of ceramic shot begins with the melting of high-quality imported zircon sand into liquid at a high temperature, and then it is sprayed into the distinct round balls.

Magnetic separation is then used to sieve and remove the zirconia ceramic spheres, producing particles with high roundness, high strength, and uniform particle size.

The spherical particles of ceramic shot have been noted for achieving a better surface brightness during the sandblasting process, while preserving the original color of the workpiece itself.

This material is widely used across many industries for sandblasting and surface treatment of items like: aviation parts, stainless steel plates, structural parts, stainless steel kitchenware, medical devices, mobile phone / laptop shell, automobile chassis / engine, and sports equipment.

Surface Treatment Consistency

The blasting strength of metallic light is as good as that of steel balls processing, which is much higher than glass beads strength, thus being able to achieve adequate metal depth.

Environmental Friendly

Ceramic sand has a low crushing rate, with no dust and uniform particle size, as well as high wear-resistance and re-elasticity. It causes no hidden danger of silicosis, and is harmless to the human body.
