DESCRIPTION
Ceramic blasting media also called ceramic media, ceramic bead blasting media, or ceramic blasting beads.It is of high hardness, good elasticity, high gloss and high impact strength. Ceramic blasting beadsmainly used for blast cleaning, debluring, removing oxice layers of castings and forging parts, alsofor metal surface finishing, and pretreatment before coating and plating.

Ceramic blasting media are made by high quality zirconia powder as raw material, and ceramic beads have strong mechanical resistance and high toughness due to their particularly fine microstructure, so it is very suitable for the blasting, polishing and shot peening during the process of metal parts production and maintenance.
Ceramic blasting media are zirconia-based blasting beads with high hardness and surface smoothness. As one recyclable sandblasting media,it is suitable for the blasting, finishing,cleaning, deburring, surface pretreatment in the process of metal parts production and maintenance.
APPLICATION
Blasting cleaning: to remove burrs, casting slag and other defects and dirt on the surface of the workpiece and also residues of the molds.
Blasting finish: to show natural metal color and achieve uniform surface matting effect.
Pretreatment: to get clean surface and frosted rough surface before Anodizing and coating.
FEATURES
Surface treatment consistency: Consistency of metallic light, the blasting strength is as good as steel balls processing effect, much higher than the glass beads strength. And can achieve adequate metal depth.
Environmental Friendly: Low crushing rate, no dust, uniform particle size, high wear resistance, re-elasticity, no hidden danger of silicosis, it is harmless to the human body.
