This ceramic sand product is made by using unique technological formula, special production technology and high temperature fixed phase synthesis method above 2000℃. The ceramic sand can generate a gentle grinding effect, resulting in a uniform surface profile and matte finish, which is durable and efficient without inlaying contamination to the metal body. Low dust content, high degree of sphericity, smooth spherical and high toughness ensure excellent performance of ceramic sand products. They are suitable for sandblasting the surfaces of various steel, aluminum and other non-ferrous metal alloys to remove oxides, rust, sand, coatings and burrs. It can clean molds, engine parts, turbomachinery parts, welded steel parts, forged and cast metals and other various industrial components. Providing high quality components with outstanding aesthetic appearance in a variety of applications such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, home appliances, sporting goods and construction to achieve outstanding smooth and even surface finish on the parts being treated.
1. Medical treatment: surface treatment such as deburring of stainless steel surgical instruments and titanium alloy human implanted devices.
2. High iron field: it can be used for sandblasting the surface of high iron aluminum alloy parts to improve the metal texture and form a smooth satin effect. Used for grinding and finishing of high-speed rail.
3. Automotive field: ceramic shot can be used for surface cleaning and deburring of Automotive Engine Castings; It is used to clean the welds and welding spots on the car floor and prepare for subsequent spraying; Used for shot peening of automobile springs to improve fatigue life. It is used for beautification and sandblasting of aluminum alloy automobile wheels to eliminate stress and improve impact resistance.
4. Mold and machining: used for sand blasting of stainless steel mold, copper mold and aluminum alloy mold, such as tire mold, injection mold and stamping mold, to improve surface finish. Clean the flash and burr of machined parts.
5. Electronic equipment field: ceramic shot is used for sandblasting the shells of mobile phones, tablet computers and watches made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel. It can adjust the roughness and gloss of the surface as required, and has the characteristics of anti fingerprint.
①Because of the spherical and smooth surface of ceramic sand which does not damage the workpiece.With the help of good elasticity, ceramic sand can bounce back from multiple angles in the process of sandblasting, which is very suitable for (metal, plastic) structure complex workpiece, at the same time it has the effect of eliminating stress, improve the service life of the workpiece.
②The breakage rate ceramic sand is low, which can effectively reduce the number of reloading, reduce the cost of materials and workers, so the relative use cost is low and it is cost-effective. Compared with the glass sand, the surface finish is higher and the service life is improved by about 20-30 times. Producing less dust, the working environment is cleaner and environmentally friendly, no potential silicosis, which is beneficial to the health of employees.
③The size distribution of ceramic sand is uniform, and it has no porosity , high toughness, hardness, and impact resistance. High particle density can achieve the sandblasting strength of glass beads at a faster grinding speed. The elastic modulus of ceramic projectile is 330GPa, much higher than that of glass bead 60GPa, and the impact energy is large. To achieve the same shot peening effect in use can reduce the shot peening pressure, high shot peening efficiency, reduce energy consumption, thus reducing production costs.
