Product Description:

Aluminum oxide ceramic tiles are mainly composed of high-purity aluminum oxide (Al ₂ O3), with a content of up to 90% -99.9%, and have excellent physical and chemical properties. Its Mohs hardness is as high as level 9, second only to diamond, and its wear resistance is 266 times that of manganese steel, which can effectively resist high wear environments. In addition, the melting point of alumina ceramic tiles is as high as 2050 ℃, and the long-term use temperature can reach 1600 ℃, making it suitable for extreme high temperature scenarios. It has excellent chemical stability, resistance to strong acid and alkali corrosion, and a weight loss of less than 0.01g after soaking in 30% sulfuric acid for one year. Its electrical insulation performance is also excellent, with a resistivity exceeding 10 ¹⁴Ω· cm, making it an ideal material for the electronics industry.

Some electronic ceramic tiles also need to undergo precision grinding to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface smoothness. Its volume resistivity is as high as 10 ¹⁴ -10 ¹⁶Ω· cm, and it can maintain stable insulation effect in high temperature environments, effectively avoiding the risk of circuit short circuit. In the production of electronic components, they are often processed into key components such as chip substrates and capacitor casings. For example, in the signal amplifier of 5G base stations, the substrate made of alumina ceramic tiles can withstand the high temperature generated by high-power components, while reducing signal interference and improving equipment operation stability. In addition, its excellent mechanical strength can protect precision electronic components from external impact and extend the product's service life
