95% alumina ceramic tiles are known for their excellent chemical stability, which can effectively resist the erosion of various acidic and alkaline chemical media. According to national standards, when immersed in a 10% hydrochloric acid or sodium hydroxide solution and kept at a high temperature of 100 ℃ for 1 hour, its acid corrosion resistance loss is ≤ 7mg/cm², and its alkali corrosion resistance loss is as low as ≤ 0.2mg/cm², exhibiting almost inert chemical properties.
This excellent corrosion resistance is due to its dense and stable crystal structure, which acts as a strong barrier that can efficiently prevent the penetration of chemical media and fundamentally avoid material degradation caused by chemical reactions. Whether facing severe impacts from strong oxidizing solutions or in alkaline corrosive environments, its surface always maintains structural integrity and will not experience problems such as peeling or dissolution.
