1:Product Introduction
Our alumina ceramic wire drawing guide block is core wear-resistant spare part for wire drawing machines. Different
from wooden or plastic holders, alumina ceramic owns outstanding mechanical and chemical stability. It will not deform,
swell or corrode under long-term contact with cooling liquid, cutting down frequent replacement cost greatly. Custom
sizes, hole positions and grooves are available according to customers’ drawing requirements.

A1: Yes, we can produce same size as your original wooden block, direct replacement without modifying machine.
Q2: Is it resistant to cooling liquid and acid lye?
A2: 99 alumina ceramic has excellent chemical stability, completely resistant to common drawing cooling fluid, acid and alkali liquid.
Q3: Do you accept small trial order?
