Description of All SSiC Bearing 6000 (SSiC+PTFE):
1. SSiC races and balls: Are made of highly purified, sub-micron silicon carbide material. The atmospheric pressure solid phase sintering method at a high temperature of 2250°C are used to produce SSiC (Sintering SiC), so the free silicon and free carbon in the products are close to the theoretical values and can resist corrosion by hydrofluoric acid, which is the most excellent ceramic material with the best corrosion resistance among the known materials.
2. cage: has excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance (is one of the best corrosion resistance materials in the world today resistant to molten metal sodium and liquid fluorine, all kinds of acid and alkali and organic solvent), sealing, high lubrication, non-viscosity, electrical insulation and good anti-aging endurance, excellent temperature resistance (can work in +250℃ to -180℃ temperature for a long time). So bearings fitted with cage in material of can be used in many special working condition.
