Description of Ceramic Bearing 1210CE:
1. Zirconia races and balls: Are made by highly purified, sub-micron and after Y2O3-TZP stabled zirconia powder material, are processed by AP (Atmospheric Pressure) sintering and HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology.
2. PFA cage: PFA is a reformed material of , its melting cohesiveness is enhanced and the viscosity of the solution is decreased, while the properties are unchanged compared with that of PTFE. The resin can be directly processed by ordinary thermoplastic molding.
Performance advantages of Ceramic Bearing 1210CE:
Combined the outstanding properties of zirconia, the ceramic bearing 1210CE has good resistance to many kinds of corrosion, like strong acid and alkali corrosion,high temperature resistance(max work temp: 380℃), high fledural strength (900 MPa) and high elastic modulus (200 GPa), high hardness (1300 HV5) and excellent electric insulation.
Main application of Ceramic Bearing 1210CE:
Because of the outstanding porperties, the zieconia are suitable for chemical, antimagnetic, semiconductor, medium/low speed and corrosive working environment.
