1.The temperature of storing the Sublimation Ink had better no more than 30 degree. If the temperature is high, it will make the sublimation ink damage.
2. The sublimation ink printing on paper, the color will be dim.
However, if you transfer it on the cloth, the color will be very beautiful, very bright. This is very different from the common offset ink.
3. Commonly, our sublimation ink can be used on the machine directly. If you want to make the sublimation ink thin, or thick, you can add the common offset printing addictive. That's also work.
4. The product which printed by the sublimation ink, can be water wash, sun-shine, color not fade. It is depends on the ink and cloth you use. Printing on Nylon, 100% Cloth fabric is ok.
5. Heat transfer: Temperature should be controlled from 195-220 degree, time is 18-30 second.
6. First, you need to print on the paper (blank clean paper), and then heat transfer on the cloth.
7. The paper we suggest you use is 70-110 gsm.
8. For the offset machine, I suggest you choose 1 color, 2 color, or 4 color offset machine. If you want best quality, you can use 4 color machine.
