Properties:
Strong in cleaning plate, stable functionalities, not harmful to plate surface, safe, environmental friendly, and ignition-blocking.
Have the same desiccation and cleaning ability of gasoline and hexane
Do not erode any kinds of materials around the automatic cleaning machine.
Caution:
Note: YY‑363 is for manual offline wiping only. Do NOT pour into plate processor developer tank. ‑ Agfa Avalon CTP processor ‑ Kodak Magnus / Trendsetter processor ‑ Fuji Luxel series processor ‑ Domestic processors: Cole, Huaguang, Dongxin. For PS / CTP / UV‑CTP offset plates; clean plate manually after plate‑processing output.
‑ 1L/bottle: Standard stock unit, 12 bottles per carton, carton size 35.5×28×24.5 cm ‑ 5L/drum: For medium‑size printing house ‑ 20L/drum: For large‑volume mass consumption Consume within 4 months once opened. No bag‑package available.
Store at 5‑30℃, cool, dry, dark warehouse. Keep tightly sealed. Shake well before every use. Protect from freezing (0℃ and below will break emulsion). Unopened shelf‑life:12 months from production date. Discard if irreversible oil‑water separation or caking occurs.
‑ Avoid prolonged skin contact; wear rubber gloves; keep workshop well‑ventilated. ‑ Eye contact: Flush eyes with plenty of running water ≥15 minutes, seek medical advice. ‑ Skin contact: Wash with soap & water. ‑ Ingestion: Do NOT induce vomiting, get medical help immediately. ‑ Non‑hazardous chemical for transport; full MSDS document available upon request.
