Industrial Pipeline Dust Detection Probe -ONETEST-100D

Overview/Principles
    The ONETEST-100D can be simply installed on pipelines without calibration and can work in a "plug and play" manner. A reliable sensor probe is installed at the outlet of the flue gas pipeline of the dust collector. When dust particles pass near the probe, a weak charge signal is induced by the probe and transmitted to the control unit through a special coaxial cable. This signal, after being processed by the control unit, outputs an absolute output value linearly proportional to the particle mass content, providing a 4-20mA output value.
    In the actual application process, to avoid the influence of conductive dust, condensate oil mist or water mist, etc. on the measurement signal, we provide proprietary probe protection technology to ensure that the probe can work normally under these harsh conditions.
    The sensor probe does not require air purging and is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
