Glass Reactor Overview
This series of glass reactors can be designed as double glass reactors or three-layer glass reactors. The inner layer accommodates reactants for stirring, while the jacketed layer circulates heating oil or coolant for distillation and cooling reactions. These reactors operate under normal pressure or negative pressure with constant stirring.
Primarily used for combination, reaction, separation, and concentration processes, these reactors serve as ideal equipment for chemistry, fine chemicals, biopharmaceuticals, and the synthesis, testing, and production of new materials.
The reactor system can be integrated with circulating water vacuum pumps, diaphragm vacuum pumps, chillers/low-temperature circulators, and heating/cooling circulating devices.

PTFE Material Components
Stainless steel stirring bars coated with PTFE are suitable for mixing various solvents without contamination, offering excellent corrosion resistance.
Discharge Port
Constructed from PTFE material, the discharge port provides high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, strong anti-adhesion properties, and facilitates easier cleaning.
