General Instruction
DCA-58 is a high-performance water decolorant with 50% solid content specifically formulated for wastewater color treatment applications in Bangladesh and international markets.
Chemical Type: Quaternary Ammonium Cationic Polymer
Form: Colorless to yellowish transparent liquid
Primary Functions: Color removal, COD reduction, and flocculation
Highlights:
Excellent for removing dark blue/black dye from denim and knitwear processes.
Speeds up flocculation and sedimentation in space-limited treatment plants.
Helps exporters maintain compliance with global buyer requirements (H&M, Levi’s, etc.).
Reduces dependency on high-dose inorganic coagulants.
Enables reuse of treated water in non-critical processes.
Product Need:
Bangladesh’s denim exports rely on heavy use of indigo dyes, causing dark effluents. Pressure from global buyers to comply with ZDHC.

Dilute DCA-58 with tap-water, to get 5% solution before use.
Ajust the effluent sample pH to 7.5-8.0, then add 100-200ppm DCA-58 solution
Mix for several minutes to form flocs, and check the dosing rate.
Combine with PAC-300 if needed – do not pre-mix
Dose PAM solution for quick settlling
Allow settling or use flotation for separation
