Flocculant powder for Aluminium oxide performs as the flocculant to neutralize the electron in the red mud in the aluminium oxide industry, destabilize of particles and precipitate the flocs. The dosage is 0.2 -0.6kg/ton based on red mud. Different ore pulp has different settleability. Study is needed to to select the suitable flocculant for the high efficiency of red mud separation.Flocculant emulsion for Aluminium oxide is a special form of polyacrylamide. Primary Effects
Instruction of polyacrylamide
Before using,dissolve polyacrylamide with tap water at a ratio of 0.1%-0.5% and stir until fully dissolved.
Do not use iron materials to stir or hold PAM, because the reaction performance of PAM will decrease when it encounters iron.
The dosage needs to be calculated through laboratory pilot tests, with the aim of achieving the aggregation of flocs and presenting the phenomenon of sludge-water separation.
It is better to use up the prepared PAM solution within 24 hours.
Products should be stored in unopened package in a dry atmosphere at temperature no higher than 35℃.
