Municipal and Industrial Wastewater Treatment
PFS generates polynuclear hydroxyl complexes with high positive charge density during hydrolysis. It operates through charge neutralization, adsorption bridging, and sweep coagulation mechanisms to rapidly aggregate suspended colloids, emulsified oils, organic matter, heavy metal ions, and phosphorus pollutants.
Drinking Water Purification
Residual aluminum content is significantly lower than polyaluminum chloride (PAC) products, eliminating potential health risks associated with aluminum. Forms dense flocs that settle faster than traditional aluminum or iron salts, effectively removing turbidity, color, bacteria, and COD from raw water.
Sludge Dewatering Enhancement
As a sludge conditioner, PFS breaks down sludge colloidal structure, releases bound water, and significantly improves dewaterability. This increases sludge cake solid content while reducing energy consumption for mechanical dewatering and transportation costs.
