M7012 Frother for Efficient Mineral Processing and Stable Foaming
M7012 represents a new generation of highly efficient composite flotation aerator, formulated as a red-brown liquid. This aerator is characterized by a boiling point exceeding 100°C, a flash point higher than 70°C, and a density range of 0.96-1.12 g/cm³. It features outstanding bubble formation and foam management capabilities. As an important flotation aid, M7012 effectively reduces the gas-liquid interfacial tension, enhances bubble stability, and creates the optimal three-phase contact zone for mineral separation. It is widely used in the beneficiation process of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, and non-metallic minerals.
