The 1# collector displays remarkable selectivity in recovering valuable sulfide minerals including copper, molybdenum, and gold.
Specialized active sites within its molecular configuration facilitate stable chelation with metallic ions on mineral surfaces, enhancing surface hydrophobicity and improving collision and attachment efficiency between target minerals and air bubbles.
Under mildly alkaline pulp conditions, the reagent naturally suppresses undesirable impurity minerals, reducing their flotation rate and decreasing harmful element content in final concentrate products.
Featuring self-regulating frothing capabilities, this product automatically adjusts foam viscosity according to slurry density variations.
Maintains ideal froth layer uniformity, prevents sticky foam and overflow problems, and is particularly recommended for treating ores with significant clay content.
