Suspended System The worktop is supported by cantilever steel frame system. Cupboard and drawer units are suspended from horizontal rails beneath the worktop. The under-bench units have been designed to provide clear access to the floor for cleaning.
Chemical Resistant Lab Furniture Framework uses 40*60*1.5 mm quality C type steel, joint is connected by cold rolled steel sheet stamping a integrated special fittings, making the whole frame structure more reasonable. The bearing performance and stability of the platform is especially strong; Steel surface by acid, phosphate, electrostatic powder spraying process, has the corrosion resistance, fire prevention, moisture-proof function etc. Surface treatment: C type steel frame in the production is completed, the pretreatment includes many steps: cleaning agents, aerosol spray, rinse water, passivation seal materials coating after the pretreatment of steel products in drying oven for drying and cooling; After cooling steel products to spray chamber in internal and external spray powder, its thickness at least 1.5 mils to finish bottom spray steel products immediately sent to the high temperature constant temperature box for grinding and chemical processing, in order to apply the test environment to use.

(5) Footing: Use laboratory-specific adjustable feet with an adjustment range of ≥35mm, strong bearing capacity, the balance of the Lab bench can be adjusted.
Option Cabinet Unit
①Wooden Cabinet Unit: The cabinet body thickness is 15mm, the door and drawer panels are made of 18mm thickness high-quality environmentally friendly double-face MDF/melamine board, and the edges are sealed with 2mm thick PVC edge strips. The edges are firm, clean, and free of burrs, the bond is firm. ②Steel Cabinet Unit: 1.0mm full-thickness high-quality cold-roll steel sheet is used as a whole; the steel surface is treated, phosphating and other processes, and then electrostatic powder coated with epoxy resin, cured at 220°C high temperature, and the surface is smooth, with a thickness of up to 1.15mm~1.2mm. The cabinet door is double-layered inside and outside, filled with sound insulation material.

● Easy to clean, enough space between cabinets and floor.

● Primary shock absorption function, load-bearing capacity can reach more than 200KG/m².
● Upper and lower cabinet units can be moved, added or removed according to laboratory needs without affecting the rest of the bench system.
● C-Frame lab bench not only has a unique design and structure, but also its production process is very particular. The high-quality rectangle steel is further processed, and the anti-corrosion performance is improved after the other steel has undergone professional chemical rust removal treatment. In addition, the cabinet body of the entire lab bench is mainly through the three-in-one connection structure, which ensures the good load-bearing performance of the test bench during use and increases the practical performance.
