All-steel cabinets we use are bare 1.2mm high-quality cold-rolled steel plates from Baosteel or Anshan
Iron and Steel after CNC machining, cutting, positioning, punching, bending, and integral welding. On-

course it is stronger. In addition, it should be emphasized that the thickness of cold-rolled steel plate
is 0.8mm, 1.0mm, and 1.2mm, and the price will of course be uneven. The spraying process is that the
surface of the steel plate is first subjected to pickling and phosphating treatment, and then the epoxy
resin powder is sprayed and cured at high temperature. The key point is that it must be subjected to the
previous pickling and phosphating treatment, so that the paint surface will not be damaged after it comes
out. Good adhesion, some inferior manufacturers directly paint the surface and ignore the previous steps
of pickling and phosphating, which will have an impact on corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and
the paint will fall off after a long time. In addition, the cabinet can use cold-rolled steel plate or galvanized
steel plate. The difference between cold-rolled steel plate and galvanized steel plate is that the paint surface
adhesion of cold-rolled steel plate is stronger, and it is better to choose cold-rolled steel plate. Hinges: 304
stainless steel hinges are configured, and the guide rails are: generally DTC three-section silent wide width,
the reason for using three sections is to ensure that the drawer can be completely pulled out.
