Custom 5-Axis CNC Machined Large Arc Aluminum Rotor Bracket
This large arc aluminum rotating frame is custom-manufactured on 5-axis CNC mills. It features integrated multi-hole positioning bosses and pocket cutouts, machined from solid aluminum billet. The sandblasted matte finish delivers stable mechanical performance, designed for robotic rotary joints and automated motion systems.
Chenrong Precision manufactures this large curved rotating frame in our domestic CNC workshop. The part has a wide semicircular arc contour, multiple precision mounting holes and recessed pockets, which requires 5-axis simultaneous machining to achieve smooth curved transitions and coaxial tolerance.
We adopt solid block milling instead of casting to eliminate internal porosity, critical for dynamic rotary load. Every hole position and boss feature is inspected by CMM to ensure assembly accuracy. Our factory handles sandblasting surface treatment internally to shorten lead time. We support custom revision based on client CAD files, from prototype validation through low-volume trial to full mass production, serving robot integrators and automation machinery manufacturers.
