Custom CNC Milled PA66 Multi-Cavity Electrical Enclosure
This electrical enclosure is fully CNC milled from solid PA66 nylon block. Integrated multi-cavity structure, snap-fit slots and mounting holes are machined in one setup. PA66 material delivers excellent mechanical strength, wear resistance and insulation performance, widely adopted for electrical and automation control modules.

This custom PA66 nylon multi-cavity enclosure is manufactured by 5-axis CNC milling from solid polymer stock. Complex internal pockets, positioning slots, snap features and mounting holes are precisely machined to meet tight assembly requirements. At Chenrong Precision, we have mature experience in machining glass-filled nylon materials, controlling material internal stress to avoid warping after processing. PA66 provides good electrical insulation and impact resistance, protecting internal electronic components from mechanical shock and dust. We can adjust cavity layout, slot size and mounting positions according to your PCB and component layout.
Chenrong Precision specializes in CNC machining of engineering plastics. We optimize cutting feeds and speeds to reduce heat deformation during nylon milling. Our engineering team can review your design and suggest wall thickness optimization, to improve yield and shorten prototype cycle.
Q: What is the difference between virgin PA66 and glass filled PA66?
A: Glass filled PA66 has higher rigidity and lower shrinkage rate, better for structural parts under load; virgin PA66 has better toughness and impact resistance.
Q: Will PA66 plastic deform after CNC milling?
A: Nylon tends to absorb moisture and cause minor dimension change. We apply stress relief process before machining to minimize warping.
Q: Can you machine logo or marking on the plastic housing?
A: Yes, laser marking or engraved marking on the surface is available upon request.
Q: What is the typical prototype lead time for PA66 enclosure?
A: 7–12 working days for prototype. Mass production lead time depends on order quantity.
