Custom nylon spur gear is machined from solid PA nylon block. The gear teeth and special shaped inner bore are one-time CNC processed to guarantee precise meshing. Compared with metal gears, nylon gears deliver quieter operation, lighter weight and good wear resistance without additional lubrication.
Chenrong Precision has rich experience in CNC machining engineering plastic parts. Our workshop is equipped with dedicated fixtures for gear machining to ensure stable tooth profile accuracy. We can adjust modulus, number of teeth, gear thickness and inner hole structure according to your transmission design requirements. Glass filled nylon material is available if higher strength is required.
We focus on precision plastic CNC machining. When producing nylon gears, we control internal material stress to avoid post-machining deformation. Every finished gear will be inspected for tooth profile and dimension before shipment, to ensure stable meshing performance for your equipment.
Q: What is the difference between PA6 and glass filled PA66 gear?
A: PA6 has better toughness and quieter running. Glass filled PA66 has higher rigidity and wear resistance for heavier load.
