Produced inside Chenrong Precision manufacturing workshop, this motor casing adopts integrated one-piece machining design. Complex radial fin structure, central bearing bore, threaded mounting lugs and internal reinforcing grooves are completed in multiple CNC setups. The green anodizing finish is processed at our in-house surface treatment workshop. Anodized coating protects the aluminum substrate against oxidation while boosting heat radiation efficiency. Each finished part undergoes strict dimensional inspection and surface defect checking before shipment. Our engineering team can customize fin height, casing diameter, hole layout and anodizing color based on customer CAD drawings. We support prototype sampling, small batch trial and mass serial production for new energy, industrial drive and automation motor manufacturers.
