This custom aluminum equipment base plate is processed from solid aluminum billet on 5-axis CNC machining centers. The complex shaped profile, deep pocket cavities and dense array of flange holes are completed in multi-sided clamping, maintaining excellent flatness and hole position accuracy.
Chenrong Precision specializes in 5-axis machining of large irregular aluminum base components. The symmetrical distributed holes and recessed flange cavities are engineered for component assembly and positioning. Natural silver anodizing protects the surface from oxidation while retaining the metallic texture. We can adjust outline shape, cavity depth, hole layout and plate thickness according to customer engineering drawings.
Our workshop owns multi 5-axis CNC mills to handle complicated one-piece base parts. Strict flatness inspection prevents assembly deformation. A1: We can reach flatness within 0.02mm per 100mm, depending on material and plate thickness. We will use stress relief to minimize deformation.
