Custom CNC Turning Stainless Steel Multi-step Concentric Flange Sleeve
This stainless steel flange sleeve is manufactured by precision CNC turning. It features multi-step concentric cylindrical structure, precisely positioned mounting holes and bright metallic turning finish. Strict concentricity control ensures stable rotary performance, making it suitable for mechanical transmission, rotary positioning fixtures and industrial automation components.
This multi-step flange sleeve is fabricated on high-precision CNC lathes. The outer stepped diameter, inner bore and locating holes are machined to maintain excellent coaxiality between the inner hole and outer cylindrical surfaces. The bright turning surface retains fine, uniform machining texture while delivering clean metallic reflectivity.
At Chenrong Precision, we select stainless steel bar stock and pre-inspect material condition before production. Our turning process is optimized to minimize tool chatter, ensure consistent wall thickness and achieve stable dimensional tolerance. After machining, edges are deburred, and all critical dimensions, concentricity and hole positions are inspected before shipment. Stainless steel provides good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, making this flange sleeve suitable for humid industrial environments and continuous rotary operation.
