ER49-1 argon arc welding wire is a welding material designed for low alloy steel, with excellent welding processability, beautiful weld formation and excellent mechanical properties.

ER49-1 argon arc welding wire is suitable for welding carbon steel and low alloy steel with a tensile strength level of 490MPa, and is commonly used in bridges, engineering machinery, automobile manufacturing, construction machinery and other fields. Its deposited metal has excellent plasticity, toughness and crack resistance, and is suitable for welding carbon steel for pressure equipment and 500 N/mm2 grade structural steel, such as Q245R, Q345R, Q370R, etc.
In addition, ER49-1 can also be used for single-pass welding and multi-pass welding, with good anti-porosity performance .
Specifications and use conditions
The specifications of ER49-1 argon arc welding wire include diameters of 1.6mm, 1.2mm and 1.0mm, etc., and the welding current range is 80-200A .
This welding wire does not contain flux and is suitable for welding mechanical equipment and pressure-bearing equipment.
