This production line is designed for coating carbon steel structural components, utilizing manual or inclined dipping methods for the coating application of pre-packaged frames. The system features a power-and-free overhead conveyor, with forklift-assisted manual loading and unloading for efficient material handling.
Production Process Flow:
Forklift-Assisted Loading – Workpieces are manually loaded onto the conveyor with forklift support.
Dipping & Painting (6 min) – The frames are fully immersed in the coating solution to achieve uniform paint coverage.
Drip-Off Stage (90 min) – Excess paint naturally drains off the coated surfaces to ensure an even film.
Drying Process (48 min at 60–80°C) – The coated parts are transferred into a controlled drying oven to cure the paint.
Natural Cooling (6 min) – The workpieces are allowed to cool down to stabilize the coating.
Forklift-Assisted Unloading – Finished products are manually removed from the line with forklift assistance.
