This fully automatic production line is specially developed for anodizing and electrophoretic coating of automotive aluminum components, providing high-efficiency processing, stable operation, and premium surface finishing performance. Complete Automated Process Workflow

The production line integrates a full range of surface treatment processes within one automated system, including:

  • Ultrasonic cleaning

  • Neutralization

  • Multi-stage water rinsing
