This fully automated production line is designed for high-standard anodizing and electrophoretic coating treatment of automotive aluminum components. Combining advanced anodizing technology with electrophoretic coating processes, the system provides excellent corrosion resistance, uniform surface appearance, long-term durability, and stable large-scale production performance.

The line adopts a continuous multi-tank immersion structure integrated with an intelligent conveying and transfer system, enabling efficient and smooth operation throughout the entire production cycle—from loading and pretreatment to anodizing, coating, curing, and unloading.
