Powder Coating Process
Our powder coating line follows a well-structured process to ensure superior coating performance and durability:
1. Surface Preparation
Workpieces are thoroughly cleaned and degreased to remove oil, dust, and contaminants, creating an ideal surface for coating adhesion.
2. Pre-Treatment
Chemical treatments such as phosphating or conversion coating are applied to improve corrosion resistance and enhance powder adhesion.
3. Drying
After pre-treatment, parts pass through drying ovens to eliminate residual moisture, ensuring a clean and dry surface before coating.
4. Powder Coating Application
Electrostatically charged powder is sprayed onto grounded metal parts, ensuring uniform and efficient coverage across all surfaces.
5. Powder Curing
Coated parts enter curing ovens, where the powder melts, flows, and chemically cross-links to form a durable, continuous coating film.
6. Cooling
After curing, the parts are cooled to stabilize the coating and preserve its mechanical and visual properties.
7. Quality Inspection
A comprehensive inspection is conducted to verify coating thickness, adhesion, appearance, and overall quality, ensuring compliance with required standards.
