Powder Coating Process Overview
1. Surface Preparation: The process begins with thorough cleaning of the workpieces to remove oil, dust, and other contaminants. This step is essential for ensuring strong adhesion of the coating.
2. Pre-Treatment: Chemical treatment methods such as phosphating or conversion coating are applied to enhance corrosion resistance and improve bonding performance of the powder coating.
