A critical highlight of the system is the acid treatment stage, which effectively removes surface oxides, scale, and persistent residues, significantly improving coating uniformity, adhesion strength, and long-term durability.
The entire pretreatment line operates under accurate process control and intelligent monitoring, maintaining stable parameters such as chemical concentration, bath temperature, and treatment time to ensure repeatable and high-quality results.
Pretreatment Process Flow
1. Pre-Degreasing: Initial removal of surface oils and loose contaminants to prepare the workpieces for deep cleaning.
2. Degreasing: Chemical degreasing stage that thoroughly eliminates residual grease and organic pollutants, ensuring effective downstream processing.
3. Rinse Stage 1: First water rinse to remove degreasing chemicals and prevent carryover.
4. Rinse Stage 2: Secondary rinse that further improves surface cleanliness and minimizes cross-contamination.
5. Acid Treatment: A key activation process that removes oxides and micro-scale impurities while enhancing surface reactivity, ensuring superior E-coat adhesion and coating performance.
6. Rinse Stage 1: Initial rinse to neutralize and flush away acid residues.
7. Rinse Stage 2: Final rinse delivering a clean, residue-free surface ready for electrophoretic coating.
