Our fully automated anodizing and electrophoretic coating line is engineered for high-performance surface treatment of automotive aluminum components. The production line combines multiple treatment stages within a fully automated workflow:

Electrolytic coloring

Each stage is precisely controlled to ensure consistent oxide film formation and stable coating quality across large production volumes.
The anodizing area features multiple large-capacity tanks of approximately 4300 L each, supported by:
PVDF circulation pumps
High-efficiency filtration systems
Plate heat exchangers
Industrial chillers
Automatic temperature control
This configuration maintains stable electrolyte conditions and produces uniform anodic films with excellent appearance consistency.
Following anodizing, components enter a fully integrated E-coating section equipped with:

Ultrafiltration (UF) systems
Paint recovery and refining units
High-efficiency curing ovens
The process provides uniform film thickness, excellent adhesion, enhanced weather resistance, and superior corrosion protection while maximizing paint utilization efficiency.
To further improve durability, the line supports multiple sealing methods:

Medium-temperature sealing
Hot sealing
Combined with multi-stage deionized water rinsing, these processes significantly enhance coating compactness and long-term surface stability.
The system includes a complete water purification and recycling solution featuring:

Separate wastewater collection for acidic, alkaline, fluoride-containing, and E-coating wastewater helps meet stringent automotive environmental standards.
