| 1. Surface Preparation: | The powder coating process begins with surface preparation, a critical step to ensure optimal adhesion of the coating. This involves thoroughly cleaning, degreasing, and removing any contaminants from the aluminum surfaces, preparing them for subsequent treatments. |
