Pre-forging Coating: Before undergoing forging, titanium alloy components require a surface application of a glass protective lubricant. This coating serves dual purposes: it prevents oxidation during the heating and forging stages and reduces frictional resistance between the forging and the mold, thereby enhancing the forging process's efficiency and quality.
