E-coating, also known as electrophoretic deposition (EPD), electrocoating, cathodic electrodeposition, and electrophoretic coating, or electrophoretic painting.
It is a process in which metal parts immersed in a water-based solution that contains a paint emulsion. An electrical current is used to attract the paint product to a metal surface.
Production line flow: Manual loading→pre-spray treatment→cathodic electrophoresis (constant temperature air-conditioning system) post-electrophoresis UF spray treatment→paint film drying→natural cooling→manual picking
