This powder coating production line is designed specifically for coating iron electrical control cabinets. The spray booth is constructed from PP (polypropylene), offering excellent chemical resistance and durability. The coating process combines automatic electrostatic spray guns with supplemental manual spraying to ensure complete and uniform coverage. A suspended overhead chain conveyor is used for stable and continuous material transport.
The conveyor stops at the designated point, where the elevator lowers to assist with manual hanging of the workpieces.
The workpieces proceed through multiple pretreatment stations in a step-by-step manner.
At each station, the conveyor stops, allowing precise spraying and cleaning to ensure optimal surface preparation.
After pretreatment, the workpieces enter the drying stage.
They accumulate temporarily to ensure complete moisture removal before powder application.
The dried workpieces enter the automatic spraying booth.
The conveyor runs continuously at 1.5 m/min.
Automatic guns perform the main coating.
Additional manual touch-up spraying is used to ensure full coverage, especially for complex areas.
The conveyor stops in the manual booth to allow operators to perform detailed manual spraying on critical surfaces or areas requiring extra precision.
The coated workpieces enter the curing oven, where they are accumulated at an incline for optimal heat distribution and solidification of the powder coating.
After curing, the conveyor stops to allow the workpieces to cool naturally, ensuring coating stability and preventing deformation.
At the final station, the elevator lowers again to assist operators with manual unloading and transfer of finished workpieces.
