Brief introduction:

The type container chicken slaughter line is suspended from a steel fram(galvanized or stainless depending on your choice) and shipped with 40-foot shipping container. The lines comes complete with overhead conveying line for live bird hanging, stunning, killing and bloodletting, scalding, plucking, eviscerating including main equipment with water stunner, bleeding trough, scalding tank with electric heating directly, de-feathering machine, evisceration trough with water taps. Screw chiller can be installed for your choice.
The system is shipped fully assembled, wired up and almost ready to run. There is no need for costly installation visits by engineer. Just need to connect power to the control panel and connect with water.

Q1: What is a Compact Poultry Slaughter Line?
A compact slaughter line is a space-saving, integrated system designed for the small to medium-scale processing of chickens. It combines essential steps like hanging, stunning, slaughtering, scalding, plucking, evisceration, and washing into one continuous, efficient workflow.

Q2: Is the machine difficult to operate?
No. The line is designed for ease of use. Most models feature a simple motorized conveyor system. Operators mainly need to hang the birds, perform stunning/slaughtering, and remove the entrails. The scalding and plucking are automated.

Q3: How much space is needed?
Compact lines are designed to be footprint-efficient. A basic line for processing 300–500 birds per hour usually requires a space of approximately 11.5 meters (length) x 2.3 meters (width) x 2.5 meters (height). We can customize the layout based on your workshop dimensions.

Q4: Is the machine easy to clean?
Yes. The entire line is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel, which is rust-resistant and easy to sanitize. The design minimizes corners where dirt can hide. The plucker fingers and scalder should be cleaned after every shift to prevent bacterial growth.

Q5: What is the warranty?
We typically provide a 12-month warranty on the main machine structure and motor. Wearable parts (like rubber fingers and belts) are usually excluded from the warranty as they are consumables.
