The HX325 Four Side Trimmer is professional post-press trimming equipment that finishes four edges of book blocks, paper stacks and boards within one working cycle, and supports inline connection with production lines. Different from traditional three-knife trimmers, it cuts four sides entirely to obtain neat loose-leaf stacks, which acts as an important pre-processing procedure for multiple binding products. Equipped with servo drive and PLC control system, the machine can be seamlessly connected with collators, binding machines and stacking equipment on production lines. It adopts a heavy-duty clamping structure and touchscreen one-click parameter setting, and can be fitted with an optional corner rounding module to realize integrated finished product processing.

Servo and PLC control guarantee stable trimming accuracy and convenient linkage with front and back-end equipment to realize automated assembly line production. The heavy-duty clamping device effectively prevents material displacement during high-speed cutting to ensure consistent cutting size. The touchscreen one-touch setup shortens parameter adjustment time, and the optional corner rounding module expands processing functions to meet diversified one-stop finishing requirements.
