The Automatic Double Head Round Corner Cutting Machine is hydraulic-driven post-press equipment designed to trim two corners of paper, book blocks and paperboards at the same time. Equipped with automatic feeding and collecting devices, operators only need to place stacked materials into the feeding hopper, and the machine will complete conveying and corner trimming automatically. It runs stably with high cutting precision and safe, user-friendly operation. The machine supports replacement of blades with different radii to meet diverse rounding requirements, with a maximum working speed of 15 cutting cycles per minute.
The double-head design enables synchronous trimming of two corners in one cycle, greatly improving processing efficiency compared with single-head corner cutters. The integrated automatic feeding and collecting structure reduces repetitive manual handling, and only one worker is required to operate the whole equipment. Hydraulic driving ensures stable cutting force and consistent dimensional precision, effectively avoiding irregular corners and burrs. With interchangeable radius blades, the machine can adapt to different rounding size demands. The whole machine adopts safety protection design, which lowers operational risks and is friendly for novice operators.
