Description
HX60 PLUS High-Speed Case Making Machine sets the scale worldwide for flexibility and reliability in the case making production. Its unique and constantly optimized design makes the machine produce the bookcases, files, posters, calendars, and board game components at speeds of up to 60 cycles/min automatically.

Work Flow

 

Machine Feature
Cover material feeding
Transferred to the glue application roller by a precision gripper;
Prevent scratches by side air-blowing device;
Achieve non-stop cover loading, improve efficiency;
 
Board feeding
Transferred by pusher, it solves the problem that the case spine (width less than 6.5mm) easily falls off and unalignment, which results in a higher yield rate of finished cases
 
Board & cover register
Board and cover are combined in continuous rotary motion in perfect register;
The tolerance range of the register is 0.2-0.5mm; While that of a regular case maker has a range of 0.5-1.0mm

Corner tucking station
also a feature of making round corner cases

Hotmelt and cold glue station
Hot melt for cover lining;
Inside lining with cold glue.

Non-symmetric cases making
By adjusting brush-covered folding bars, easy and fast;
No need for additional customized molds, save lots of your cost than you can imagine.
 
Brush-covered folding bar
Ensure tight, accurate folds;
With the pressing process for bubble-free gluing

Case transporting
Transferred by a lifting transport;
The cover surface is free from scratches;
Prevent the glue from squeezing out at all case fold sides.

Counter stacker
The cases are transported through the final pressing station to a counter stacker, delivering piles of finished cases onto a roller conveyor to the operator.
