The whole system is with touch screen interface operation, S7-300 CPU315-2DP model PLC control with ET200M remote I/O and SIEMENS supply the high quality digital controller 6SE70 series as attaches.
The producing line is controlled by electricity and the components make it automatically.
PLC controls the speed of the system and the tension force.In the meanwhile, PLC is in charge of logical control of the line.
The touch screen communicates with PLC via MPI/DP, PLC, inverter controller and remote I/O can be controlled via Profibus-DP.
