1.Product description
The seller will provide a Low Relaxed Stress Steel Stranded Wire Production Line for production of 1×7, Ø9.53~17.8mm low relaxed pre stress steel stranded wire, with the capability of 30,000 tons per year. The seller will guarantee the manufacturing technique, product quality, equipment unction, production capability and period of guarantee, and make sure the product will be in accordance with Chinese Industrial Standards and corresponding with foreign standards.
2. Equipment description:
2.1 Composing die and Deformer
Different composing dies are loaded inside the die box for different size of wires. Manually adjusted by guide screw.
Each deformer wheel is manually micro-adjusted, hydraulic cylinder opening to prevent broken lot strands.
2.2 Tension system
Tensioning system consists of two sets of tension equipments. Two tension wheels rotate same way and make the wire tensioned between the wheels. The wheels are welded by 42CrMo forged rings, machined tooled and then quenching processed, with surface hardness of HRC≥58. Cone gears are used in speed reducer.
